Most leadership training is too generic to make a real impact, leaving managers unprepared for difficult conversations, boundary-setting—especially with former peers—and effective time management and delegation.
Over 60% of new managers fail within their first two years not because they lack potential, but because they lack training.
Up to 85% do not receive formal leadership development at all.
This program closes that gap by giving leaders at every level the clarity, confidence, and practical skills they need to succeed.

How does the final exam work?
There are 120 multiple-choice questions covering the concepts taught throughout the 12 weeks. You’ll take the exam within one week after the program ends. A score of 75% or higher is required to pass. Once completed, your Certificate of Completion will be mailed directly to you. If you fail the test, you still have the knowledge and the materials and can take it again in 3 months. If you fail the second time, you'll have the opportunity to enroll in the following cohort at half the price.
Is this program for new managers or experienced leaders?
Both. This training is designed for emerging leaders stepping into management as well as seasoned managers who want to strengthen their clarity, communication, and people leadership skills. All levels benefit from the identity-driven approach.
What if I miss a live session?
All sessions are recorded, and you’ll receive access to the replay. You won’t fall behind as long as you complete the exercises and review the material.
How long is each class?
Each weekly session is 60–90 minutes, delivered live on Zoom. There will also be reflection exercises and optional assignments to deepen your learning.
Do I get one-on-one support?
For Cyber Week, you’ll receive three private coaching sessions with Coach Teuta as a bonus. These sessions help you integrate the material and apply it directly to your real leadership challenges.
Is there homework or additional reading?
There are optional reflection prompts and practical exercises after each class. They’re designed to reinforce concepts and help you apply the skills immediately in your workplace.
What makes this program different from typical leadership training?
Most programs are generic. This one is identity-driven, emotionally intelligent, and practical. You get assessments, real scenarios, communication tools, and leadership frameworks that apply instantly — so you grow as a person and as a leader.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. After passing the final exam, you’ll receive an official Certificate of Completion, mailed to you and suitable for professional development verification.
How do the 1-on-1 coaching sessions work?
The three private coaching sessions are 45 minutes each and scheduled based on Coach Teuta’s availability. After you enroll, you’ll receive instructions on how to book your sessions. These calls are designed to help you personalize the training, get targeted support, and apply the material directly to your real leadership challenges.
How can I continue working with Teuta after the program ends?
You can continue your leadership growth through Teuta’s ongoing group coaching program, which meets every Wednesday at 12 pm. This is a supportive space to deepen your skills, stay accountable, and receive ongoing guidance as you continue developing as a leader.
