Rise Into Yourself is an 8-week transformational journey designed to help women release what no longer serves them, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and step into a more confident, peaceful, and authentic version of themselves.

To be strong for everyone else, but never slow down long enough to take care of yourself. We’ve both lived that and we're here to help.

Teuta Towler
Teuta is a Kosova - American entrepreneur, a leadership and forgiveness coach who helps women in leadership reconnect with themselves, release emotional weight, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and peace.
Her work is deeply personal. As a Kosovare who has experienced war, loss, and rebuilding life in a new country, she understands what it means to carry pain while still showing up strong for everyone else.
Through her coaching, Teuta creates a space where women can be honest, feel supported, and begin to let go of what they’ve been holding—so they can finally feel free, grounded, and at peace.
Olimbi (Oli) Cela
Olimbi is Albanian - American entrepreneur, a life coach and certified yoga instructor who guides women in reconnecting with their bodies through gentle movement, breath, and awareness.
Her approach is calm, supportive, and grounding—helping women release tension, reduce stress, and feel more present in themselves.
Through her yoga practice, Olimbi creates a space where women can slow down, soften, and begin to let go—physically and emotionally.
